Wellness Portraits and Self-Esteem Coaching

A wellness portrait session is a mindful, self-esteem-based photo-shoot, incorporating supportive, therapeutic conversation and portrait photography. During your session, we can take as few or as many photos as you feel comfortable with. No pressure, no expectations, just lots of collaboration, encouragement, and empowerment.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We begin with a supportive discussion about your challenges, fears, and insecurities around having your photos taken. Then we focus on healthy, positive ways to move forward.

When you book your session, you’re given detailed ‘how to prepare’ instructions, which will help you choose what to wear, how to style yourself, what to bring, and how to mentally prepare yourself.

It’s easier to feel relaxed, open, and peaceful in an outdoor setting. You have the option to choose one of three carefully selected locations in Vancouver. Sunset Beach Park in the West End. Queen Elizabeth Park in Mount Pleasant/Fairview. Hadden Park in Kitsilano.

You’ll learn how to let go of negative self-talk, and take an important, healing step towards a more positive sense of yourself.

I’m an LGBTQ+ friendly and BIPOC-friendly photographer. Everyone aged 16-and-up is welcome.
